People and places: Is wage inequality holding back the Levelling Up agenda?

One of the surest ways to level up is to get more money in people’s pockets across the country, for them to spend and invest in their local area. But low wages in areas most in need of regeneration are holding back growth. This event will discuss the role the living wage could play in reducing inequalities, and how the Government could encourage take up.
