From everyone at Onward, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. It has been an extraordinary year, even by the recent standards of British politics. There have been highs – the 127 million vaccine doses delivered particularly – but also lows, not least in recent weeks.
Amidst it all, we have been hugely grateful for your support, ideas and partnership, and we cannot wait to continue to work closely with you in 2022. With the rollout of the booster programme, the launch of the Levelling Up White Paper, the Queen’s Jubilee, and – we dare to hope – a decent shot at a World Cup under Gareth Southgate, we are hopeful for what the next year holds.
