Cat Farrow is the Co-ordination Lead at the Access to Cash Action Group, where she ensures that cash will be available for those who need it, when they need it – particularly small businesses, the elderly and the vulnerable. 

Cat Farrow was previously Assistant Director of Communications at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, which comprises the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration and the Health Service Commissioner for England.
