Dr Nick Capstick is Chair of the School Food Review, a working group created by campaigners aiming to improve school food across the country. The group is building a case for a post-Covid reset of school food, to set the stage for a healthier generation. 

Nick is the Chief Executive of The White Horse Federation, a multi-academy trust of 32 primary and secondary schools in disadvantaged areas across the South West. It aims to embrace value-based education and ensure young people from all backgrounds are supported with the knowledge and skills they’ll need to succeed in the future.
