Henry Li is a Senior Policy Advisor at the TBI, leading policy efforts on building biotech and life sciences ecosystems. Formerly, Henry advised on health and economic policy for the WHO Council on the Economics of Health For All, and on mission-led innovation and industrial strategy at University College London.
