Mat Ilic is the Chief Development Officer of Catch22, a not-for-profit business with a social mission that works in fields like education and training and employability, where he leads on communications, partnerships, and business development. Prior to this, he was Executive Director of Only Connect, a creative criminal justice charity. 

Mat also worked at No10 serving as Special Adviser to Theresa May for two years, working on Home Affairs and Justice policy, and at City Hall on the Mayor of London’s serious violence and youth programmes.
