Onward’s Director Sebastian Payne writes in The Times about how the public’s reliance on the state must be scaled back. He writes:

But there is one phrase that excites conservatives more than any other. One that I’m afraid you will have heard too many times: “The nine most terrifying words in the English language are: I’m from the government and I’m here to help.”
